Welcome to the True Living Comfort Senior Care, LLC service information page. We are the premier providers of home elder care in eastern Iowa. Our goal is to provide you or your loved ones the very best in responsive and personal care to allow the best quality of life possible.
Our quality control standards are high. Our care coordinator routinely performs random inquiries with our clients to determine the highest level of service. Additionally, each time a caregiver visits, services and activities are recorded in a care diary. The diary is always available for review by the client or family members. A free home assessment is also completed upon request by a client or family members at any time.
Our caregivers are among the best. Before being hired Kathy carefully evaluates the qualities and skills of each caregiver relative to the needs of our clients. Caregivers are thoroughly screened including background checks. Additionally, each caregiver is initially trained and provide with continuing education. Our goal is always to deliver caregivers who are compassionate, honest, and credible. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance.
